Alergiile alimentare reprezinta cel mai probabil cea mai raspandita conditie medicala de care sufera oamenii, conform specialistilor.

Daca o persoana prezinta o alergie alimentara, sistemul imunitar reactioneaza negativ, de obicei din cauza uneia dintre proteinele din aliment pe care organismul o identifica ca fiind daunatoare. De retinut ca o alergie alimentara este diferita de intoleranta alimentara. Exista alergii alimentare comune de care milioane de oameni sufera, precum si alergii ciudate sau neobisnuite despre care multe persoane nu detin suficiente informatii sau pe care nu le considera alergii.

Care sunt cauzele principale?
Daca o persoana prezinta o alergie alimentara, atunci unele proteine nu vor fi digerate in mod corespunzator. Acest lucru inseamna ca ele vor fi etichetate de imunoglobulina E (IgE), cu alte cuvinte sistemul imunitar va fi activat pentru a elimina proteinele respective.

Care sunt simptomele?

Este important ca o persoana care sufera de alergii alimentare sa identifice produsele care declanseaza alergia. Din acest motiv, trebuie sa recunoasca simptomele unei reactii alergice.

Si on comptait peu de personnes allergiques dans les années 60, on considère aujourd'hui qu'en moyenne 1 Français sur 3 souffre d'allergie respiratoire. Selon certaines sources, le nombre de personnes victimes d'allergies respiratoires saisonnières (rhinite, asthme) a doublé au cours des 20 dernières années.
Le taux d'individus allergiques varie selon les tranches d'âge et les adultes sont les plus touchés (enquêtes menées de 1994 à 2006, en France) :

7% chez les 6-7 ans
20% chez les 9-11 ans
18% chez les 13-14 ans
30% chez les adultes
Selon l'OMS (Organisation Mondiale de la Santé), la moitié de la population de la planète sera allergique en 2050. Elle a d'ailleurs classé les allergies au 4ème rang mondial des affections chroniques.

1er responsable des allergies respiratoires printanières : le pollen

Mais qu'est-ce que c'est au juste que l'allergie ?
L'allergie est en fait une réaction inappropriée de l'organisme qui identifie une substance normalement inoffensive comme un agent dangereux et lance donc une chaîne de réactions immunitaires pour lutter contre cet "agresseur". C'est une réaction d'hypersensibilité. L'organisme "se défend" en sécrétant notamment de l'histamine. Or, quand elle est produite en trop grande quantité, c'est l'histamine elle-même qui provoque les symptômes classiques de l'allergie : vasodilatation, oedème, prurit, ... C'est donc l'arme utilisée par l'organisme contre un "faux" ennemi qui se retourne contre lui-même !

Pourquoi devient-on allergique ?
Les parents peuvent transmettre leur terrain allergique (appelé atopie) à leurs enfants, mais pas nécessairement un type d'allergie en particulier.
Il existe plusieurs théories sur l'émergence d'une allergie, entre autres : 

la théorie hygiéniste met en cause le mode de vie moderne des pays industrialisés qui ne stimule pas suffisamment le système immunitaire "par manque de certaines bactéries en ville"
l'impact de la pollution, extérieure et intérieure, est évoqué par certains allergologues : il faut donc éviter de vivre dans des appartements trop confinés, et ne pas oublier d'aérer quotidiennement toutes les pièces à vivre.
La progression constante de nombre d'allergiques et les prédictions de l'OMS tendent à prouver que le mode de vie moderne joue un rôle majeur dans la survenue des allergies.

Comment soigner une allergie ?

7  DENIPLANT KIDS The Deniplant company will ensure the Deniplant Kids tea for children under 18 that suffer of psoriasis and also for the children that have parents who suffer of psoriasis, the last category shall have the tea in order to prevent the apparition of the sickness. 8  THE VISION OF THE COMPANY We propose that in the following 2 years to be recognized at a national and even international level as a successful producer in the domain of naturist products. Deniplant ® Company 2008 In the following 5 years, we propose to launch the Deniplant Company that will have a turnover of 500.000 euro/year (in 2013). The company will ensure medicinal teas for preventing and treating the skin disease: psoriasis. 8/10

9  THE MISSION OF THE COMPANY As a company that activates in the domain of phytotherapy, having as a mission the care for the skin's health state, we teach our customers how to prevent the appearance of skin diseases, how to protect and treat their skin with the help of medicinal plants, without ointments, other drugs or any diet.
